This process model leaves nothing to be desired!
Most of our customers suffered from so-called "process silos". Individual processes were well developed in some areas, but could not be fully effective, because the processes were not applied uniformly across the enterprise, or no connections to other processes were defined. Only an integrated model will ultimately lead to the hoped-for savings and quality effects.
The Living Service Suite supports both a radical approach (release of all other existing solutions in the company), and an integrative approach. The integrated approach maintains good and get established solutions. Using the LSS Gateway, interfaces to other systems can be established faster and so a complete solution can be developed.
Based on the best practice method ITIL V3, the Prince 2 project management method and a good dose of common sense, the Living Service Suite currently supports more than 18 processes. Since 2005, the process model has been continuously optimized by more than 30,000 end users in its practical usefulness.
